“The property is located very close to the lake & is very comfortable and nice - except the heating wasnt working or fully operational - although we were provided with 5 space heaters - when we mentioned the heating wasnt working. “This was our first trip to the UP and with 3 kids and a large dog, we don’t travel light. “We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Was larger than the picture shows. Especially liked all the seating area in front of the TV. Was in a great location not too far from Munsing. The Ice Cream shop was fantastic. The Host was very quick to respond to my questions. He recommended a great restaurant we just lobed. Would love to go back some day.”

“We truly enjoyed our time at the cabin. It’s situated in Hiawatha National Forest, by the lake,- great place to relax and recharge. Cabin was just as described: beautifully decorated, clean, well equipped with everything needed for a longer stay. It even had two kayaks available.Host was easily reached and very accommodating. "The first night I was arranged to stay behind the elevator, which made me feel uncomfortable and vibrated. Because it was a standard double room with two beds, it was better for me to sleep in the other bed. Since I had placed two reservations, the girl at the front desk said that I had to move to the room downstairs for the second night. I said it was inconvenient, and she said there was no other way because the room was fully booked. The next day I asked another woman if I could not move to the first floor, and she said yes. I checked and found that the room rate I paid to Expedia for the second night was more expensive than the first night. Why did the hotel move me to a pet-friendly room on the first floor? It would be very inconvenient for me to move back and forth, which would affect my schedule."
