“Rating should be 3.5 stars. 4 adult middle aged males stayed at this Ferndale apartment. We spent the weekend at the Detroit curling club and only slept here. So It meant our needs. When we arrived there was no power to the back bedrooms and 4 or 5 space heaters were spread around the apartment. So clearly a regular furnace was not working. After 10 mins of exploring. We figured out the back bedroom space heater was tripping out power to bedrooms. That was annoying. I view a vrbo rental……

“We chose Lilley Pointe Condominiums because it was close to relatives that we were visiting. Our unit was a 2 bedroom unit on the second floor of a four unit building. We never heard the neighbors next to us, or below us, but we did see them come and go. The neighborhood is quite attractive and close to all the restaurants and businesses on Ford Rd. (MI 153). A rental car is a must. The unit was very clean and well equipped with just about anything you can think of, except for a toaster. We……

“This home is clean and welcoming. Incredible kitchen and living space, suitable for housing 12 people. Plenty of parking. 10 of the 12 sleeping spots are on very comfortable beds, and the other two couch spots are also cozy. The location is not “walkable” and in a pretty vacant part of town, but the security of the home is wonderful and feels very safe inside. The host was also very easy going and welcoming.Would highly recommend. ”

“The place was clean, neat and it's in a very safe area, close to shopping and good food. There were only two negatives. One the downstairs toilet kept running and master bedroom closet had noises coming from it at night. I think the noises was from other neighbors. ”
