“Beautiful apartment building turned into hotel that was about 20 min walk to Comerica Park. The only negative comment I have is that there is no parking to which we still had to pay to park at the transit. We booked this hotel to walk to the Tigers game & avoid parking but we still had to pay for parking. *TIP!! Do not park in front of the building!! Wasn’t even 10 min we checked in & received a parking ticket!”

“This loft was exactly what I needed—peaceful, spacious, and full of character. The building has that old Detroit charm with big windows, exposed brick, and the most incredible old-school elevator I’ve ever used. It feels like something out of a film, with double doors you close by hand—loud, creaky, and full of soul. Honestly, it should be illegal to ever replace it. That elevator is a relic of the past, and it gives the whole building its heart. The loft itself was clean, warm, and surprisingly……
