“The pictures and descriptions of the property were very accurate. We all know sometimes pictures and descriptions of the property turn out better than the actual site once arrived. Not the case here; everything was so clean and thoughtful,with extra blankets, toiletries, washer and dryer, condiments, etc...When I needed to communicate with the host, they responded within 2-3 minutes on each item. Very excellent property and host. Proerty is on a quiet street, with friendly neighbors.I thought……

“We had a great time staying at Tahoe Woods! Our family of 10 comfortably fit in this spacious home. The property is a 5-6min walk to Heavenly Village - perfect for our family of snowboarders. The house was equipped with everything we needed to make breakfast in the morning.. just did a quick run to the grocery store for necessary items. Check-in process was smooth and communication from the property management was excellent! Thank you for a great stay! ”

“Great location in Zephyr Cove with upgraded house. Some really nice amenities like a sauna and hot tub. Upstairs bedrooms each have their own bathroom with a common shower area, which was really neat for two sets of couples. Plenty of space for several people and wide-open common area.Only two things we didn't like. First was that it is right next to the main road, so you do get some road noise. Second thing was that the main bedroom has a bay window where the curtain by the bed doesn't……

“酒店是我见过最差的，我入住第二天出门买点东西，可是上午11点通往酒店门口的路设了路障不让前来滑雪的车辆进入了，我说我是住店客人也出示了房卡也不给进入，我跟酒店联系他们说没办法谁让开车出去了，你自己想办法外边过一夜明天再进来，酒店也不会退房费给你，我们只好在没有任何行李的情况下在外边酒店住了一夜，第二天早上10点才回到酒店。我希望酒店给我延迟退房一天或者延时退房时间到当天下午3点，但遭到酒店拒绝，要求我必须10点退房。这么无耻的酒店没有见过。”
