I was misled twice about accessibility before we traveled to the property and again at check-in. The number of stairs. Before we arrived I was told there were only “5” stairs but assured that we were in the “lower level”. It was actually more like 12 steps and there was no place to put or charge my mobility scooter. It was unfortunate that after booking the larger complex closed the hot tub and pools due to resurfacing so we did not get to enjoy the extra amenities.
