The kettle needs to ask for reception, but she said "No guarantee should be provided", finally the next day I had it. 3. The door lock is broken, I feel insecure. 4. Comfortable environment.”

“I travelled with my senior parents. It’s not easy to find a comfortable hotel room for three adults. This hotel offers room with a king bed and a sofa bed. When we checked in, the sofa bed was nicely set up. The room did not look crowded. It’s an easy walk to most tourists sites. We enjoyed our stay in Brussel.”

But except for the mosquitoes.. it's good hotel with excellent neighboring scene spot, the Groot Begijnhof van Leuven. It I can confirm no mosquitoes any more in my room, I will go to this hotel again!”
