“My wife and I stayed here for the weekend to catch up with some friends. The house was awesome, beautiful, and immaculately clean. The neighborhood was perfect for running or walking. We chose this area because it was a good halfway point between us and our friends, but I'm glad we decided to stay at Joe's place. The pool was awesome. Joe was responsive with any questions we had. “Lovely property in downtown Kennett Square. Plenty of room and comfortable furniture. Bath has been updated beautifully. It is important to note that the loft is accessed by a steep ladder. The ladder appears to be very sturdy, but could be challenging for someone with mobility issues. Lots of places to walk the dog. We will stay here again!”

The only con is that there were lots of flies, but we were able to manage with the fly swatters provided, and additional items that we purchased. “A code is available the day of arrival so you can get into the cottage on your own. The kitchen is small, but adequate. The fridge and freezer work well and they left us a small bag of ice, which came in handy. Stayed 3 nights and only supplied 3 large bath towels. Plus other various smaller towels.
