“我們因會提早抵達住宿地，事先致電給客服確認是否能在3pm check in前先寄放行李，一開始接電話的窗口甚至是在Porto的服務人員，轉接到Lisbon的窗口後對方告知和清潔人員確認後沒問題，可先提供self check in的資訊。建議直接加Lovely Stay的WhatsApp溝通較即時，訊息也會比較完整清楚。 我們此次最喜歡的部分是住宿的陽台，可以直接看到海，而且晾衣服一下子就乾了，晚上坐在外面吹風很舒服。浴室裡有一台洗衣機，衣櫃裡有足夠的衣架和曬衣夾，廚房櫃檯上有附洗衣球，可以在旅行途中洗衣服真的是一件很方便的事！ 距離市區和地鐵都有一點遠，但樓下就有公車站可以去很多地方，附近還有古老博物館和一些餐廳，慢遊還滿舒服。”

“This hotel is clean and modern with all the necessities you need for a comfortable stay. Parking is not convenient but the location is great for public transit. It is across from the parliament building so the area is very safe and quiet. It's an easy walk to Green Street for great vibes at night. The hosts were great at communicating and easy to contact via WhatsApp. We would recommend this hotel for anyone travelling to Lisbon! ”

“It was really clean and in a really nice area. My only issue with it is that Ubers and Bolts will not drop you off directly in front of it. We took a cab from the airport and it couldn’t access the area and we had to walk uphill with our luggage. You also have to carry your luggage upstairs. Fine for young people but if you are elderly or have trouble with walking maybe don’t stay on the 2nd floor and don’t bring a lot of heavy luggage. Otherwise this place is clean and perfect and the staff……
