“Wir hatten den Elfenbein Turm im 8 Stock mit 3 Schlafzimmer. Genug Platz für uns alle und jeder hatte Rückzugsmöglichkeit Die Anreise mit dem Övp hat super geklappt- Metro Station vor der Tür. Die gesamte Stadt war gut zu erreichen. Die Zimmer waren sauber, leider manche Dinge etwas ramponiert ( Rollos usw.) , Küchenausstattumg sehr spartanisch. Für Innenstadtlage doch relativ ruhig. Frühstück wird im Café nebenan besorgt und im Karton serviert. Es empfiehlt sich in der Nachbarschaft zu……

“I requested a high floor room but finally was assigned a lower floor and noisy room which was closed to the street. The breakfast was very good. It just takes 3 - 5 mins walk from the MTR station to the hotel but you may need to walk around 10 - 20 mins between the hotel and the other restaurant, supermarket, cafe shop, shopping area etc. ”

“The hotel is located at Marques de Pombal, a relatively commercial and safe place for tourists to accommodate. The speaker in the room is nice and echo with the theme of this hotel! The design of the slide door of shower room and toilet causes water leakage a bit, but a bath mat can fix the issue, not much concern. A great stay for 2 nights to conclude.”

“Staff are friendly and the two male staff are extremely helpful. They were informative and told us where to visit and suggested us some good resturants. There was some problem with my coffee machine in my room and the staff was proactive to solve the problem .”

“職員非常專業＆友善。有問題反應後能得到及時迅速處理，在整個歐洲來說都是非常快和有效的處理，有驚喜。連住幾晚，房內的那1支免費飲用水用了之後，雖不是每天但幾乎有補。第一天入住出門後回房，意外收到酒店安排贈送的葡撻和vip信，意外驚喜！好吃，很喜歡。2個女生，房間內可以正面看到晚上的燈光表演，非常喜歡＆滿足，在房間內看了幾晚，拍了影片和照片分享給親友，大家都很喜歡。房間使用的沐浴和洗頭水等都是葡國本地算是有名的牌子，剛好可以試用，很滿意。大力推薦給所有人。位置也方便，地鐵2個出口在一前一後，走路不遠。”
