“Checking in was very smooth. The hotel contacted me in advance and was ready for our arrival. Checked us in, helped with our luggage and gave us some very useful local insights to the restaurants nearby. During our stay they even gave us a nice surprise, to help us enjoy the wonderful city and area even more. We had a balcony overlooking the street to ourselves, though we didn't use it, as it was way too hot outside, but it was still nice to know we had one to use, if we wanted. The location……

“This was our second stay here and again the hotel did not disappoint. The staff are wonderful, organised, helpful & friendly. From organising pick up from the airport to helping with translation in order to check in for my return flight. Nothing was too much. We will be back, thank you all for another wonderful visit.”

“Great area close to many interesting sights and Camoes Square which is a meeting point for many Tours. That square is right next to Baixo- Chiado subway station. It is in one of the hilly areas of Lisbon. Walking down is fine, but I usually took an Uber at the end of my sightseeing instead of walking back up the hill. Immaculate stylishly decorated room. The bathroom is quite small. The room is perfect for one person but a tight squeeze for two people.There is a little elevator with the sliding……

“ This is a great location in historic part of town with walkable stores and shops close by, Kudos to staff, special mention to Luana who makes fresh squeezed orange juice and sets up nice breakfast every morning. Pls ask for Tiago to give you rides from and to the Airport and for personal touring, he is fun and professional. Overall I’d come back here and also recommend to friends ”
