“Quiet nice neighborhood. Convenient location for our event. Felt safe & secure. Casita was clean. Not the most comfortable mattress. The casita has several unnecessary pieces of bedframe storage addition thst take upnspace that.could be used for a small table so we could have had our meal not on the bed or floor. “This owner thought of everything. One of the nicest VRBO's we've stayed in as a family. Conveniently located to everything in the Phoenix area. 15-20 min to Sky Harbour car rental/airport. Kids had fun on the artificial turf. Feels like a secure area. Close to stores, restaurants. If we travel again to this area, we will stay here again.”

“Overall good stay and decent place but communication with the property owner for check-in was awful. I messaged them several times prior to my arrival even a week before and no response. Finally, after calling several times, I received a call back 45 minutes after check-in time, with check-in instructions. It is really not that hard to send one message to guest with instructions but required me calling them several times to receive response.”

Charles was an excellent and responsive host, that made us feel welcome and at home. The location is so convenient for traveling back into Phoenix, Scottsdale, or up north to Sedona. “The rental was very nice. It seems like a good place to relax but we were busy visiting family every day so we did not have much time to just hang out. The home has easy access to the Phoenix area and the mountains. Next time we stay, I plan to dedicate at least a day to relaxing at the property.”

“We love the neighborhood- friendly people, dog walkers & small businesses and restaurants. Martin, the host, provides amenities and helpful information. For example, in addition to fresh ground coffee, he also has raincoats, bug spray & other thoughtful provisions. Pet friendly also. We will return. ”
