“It was clean, which is number 1 priority to my family & I. It was centrally located, easy to get to. It was well stocked, although we immediately go to a Walmart and buy our own supplies. The response to turning on the hot tub for us was very prompt, although other responses usually took 7-8 hours, which was ok as nothing was urgent. We would definitely return if going to this area again. ”

“We were visiting to move our daughter in at University of Tampa. This was perfect location for what we needed- 5 minutes from shops like target and Walmart, 15 min from school. We were able to have some Amazon deliveries to house as well. House is clean and nicely decorated. Pool was great for the two days we had nice weather. Def recommend. ”

“Adorable house with plenty of space! Three comfy bedrooms and two bathrooms made it perfect for our group. The kitchen is huge and has everything you could possibly need to cook. We loved having the washer and dryer, and the backyard was so much fun with lots of games and plenty of seating to hang out. There are TVs everywhere, and being able to connect our phones was a nice bonus. We had such a great time and would definitely stay here again!”

“Overall I had a great stay. The house was clean and spacious for my group. Great parking and good location to Raymond James Stadium. The price was great. There are some room for improvements in the house. The 2nd bathroom door does not latch/lock, the floor mainly in the living room does need to be replaced, and small things like the soap dispensers, towels bars, etc. would fall off if used or had fallen off before we got there. Also the backyard fence is falling down looked like some pretty……
