“Stayed fo 18 days. Everything was clean beds were comfy very well stocked with kitchen supplies. The view was fabulous overlooking lake wildlife was very entertaining. “Full disclosure, we are new to VRBO. Perhaps we just don’t know the process. We booked for 2 adults and 2 pets. Paid the nightly rate, cleaning & service fee. 2 months later, we asked for check in instructions. The property wanted my credit card info (emailed directly to property) and approval for EXTRA $X00 pet fee. (not disclosing amount don’t want review removed) Wouldn’t property be required to disclose all fees prior to the cancellation period? They KNEW we were bringing pets. Why wait……

“Not only was this home beautiful, clean, and stocked with everything we needed, it was conveniently located only two blocks from town! Communication from the host was excellent. “This property was wonderful, we loved watching dolphins, pelicans, and cormorants right off the porch. The private beach right next to the Sunset bar and grille with live music was perfect. Close to the Apollo Beach Manatee Observatory, nature trail and preserve right around the corner, many other attractions right across the bay. The pool is heated and the hot tub is fantastic. Laundry facilities, conduction hot plate, fridge with freezer, microwave, toaster oven, vending machines, coffee……

“Stayed in a cabin for 4 nights with my family. It was fantastic. The cabin was great. Park is quiet and everyone was friendly. The night security guard Larry was very nice. We got in late our first night because of airport delay and he was there to show us where our spot was and how to get in and shook my hand and said welcome to the property. Always greeted us with a smile and a wave every time we pulled in and out of park. We will be making this our new yearly winter getaway spot. Happy……

“I met Leah at the end of my stay. I found out she is responsible for the amazingly clean accommodations! This was one of the cleanest rooms I have stayed in for a long time. I frequent pricey hotels and vacation homes. It seems properties (hotels and private residencies) do the bare minimum regarding cleaning. I know oftentimes housekeeping has limited time to clean, short staffing, etc. Leah is different - she gives a special home touch to the residence. I don’t know how she accomplishes this……
