“Instructions were fine. We had some problems to find to underground garage, but got help immediately. Apartment was lovely and spacious. There was everything we needed and more. 2 bathrooms was luxury. View was amazing with hot air balloons flying on saturday morning. Some small broken things could be fixed to give more finnish to the atmosphere. And a little minus to the elevator not working all the time. Communication was perfect. ”

“This property was easily located. Very easy getting into especially considering our late arrival. Very quiet. Great location within walking distance to many of the historical parts of the city. well equipped with anything we would have needed, ie iron, towels, dishware, etc. Would recommend to anyone staying in the area. ”

“Stikliai have always been a signature Vilnius’s hotel so we had very high expectations for this 5* place. And its still has a very lovely lobby and restaurant as well as location is amazing for tourists. However, everything else was disappointing. First of all, reception staff was average. They did not provide us any information at all, neither about food, wifi, other available services. The only fact they cared about is to make us wait for extra 40 minutes as our room was not ready and they……

And after we called for room air problems, he came to see the air conditioner thing and helped us to change a room with window. Special thanks to him! “There are shops around the hotel, not too noise But you get what you need. The room is clear and new. The staffs are kind and really willing to help. Although there is no elevator but only 2 floor up from the ground to the reception. Many of the sight seeing places are walking distance. Highly recommended! ”
