“It’s clear that Charlie puts a lot of love and care into being a host! He had everything we could possibly need! Our favorite part was the deck where you could sit and observe all the lovely sites and sounds of wide life on a mash. We were comfortable and happy! Thanks, Charlie! ”

“Beautiful interior renovation, clean, and well stocked with kitchenware. Upstairs bathroom may be challenging for anyone taller than 6’ 2”, but the downstairs bathroom will be fine. Location is great for attending local activities. ”

“The hosts are super and the space is gorgeous. It is the perfect place for a stay at the beach. Everything in the kitchen is setup for cooking an easy meal. At night there is a big TV for family movie, comfortable beds for sleeping. Mornings coffee is provided , so you can drinking coffee and looking out at the beautiful trees. The place is an easy drive to the best beaches in RI. There's outdoor showers to rinse of the sand, and inside with soft towels and soap provided. The place is also……

“We were welcomed with a plate of Little Compton themed iced sugar cookies...a delicious start to our stay!The well maintained property was tucked away down a country road and sat on Quick Sand Pond. It was pastoral and beachy all at once...spectacular.The house was roomy, immaculate and well stocked.Tons of stuff to do in the area: beach, breweries, hiking, or just hanging out in the yard.The owners were easy to reach and quick to respond to the few questions we had.Highly recommend this……
