“This was a last minute stay that was more than I expected. Thoughtful touches like chocolates on the pillows and homemade pastry in the morning. “The stay was fine and the host a nice enough guy. However, just to lay out some facts: - The primary picture of the shed was taken before the units 1 and 2 were hung on the outside. The unit is half of that and you share a wall with another guest where you can hear everything they say or do. - The shed is about 50 yards from the primary house and about 50 feet from another structure that is an active construction site. - In order to turn on the AC, you have to stand on an old fold out wooden……

“We (3 adults and a Dalmatian) rented the Cozy Cabin for 10 days. It was great. There was enough space for our stuff and for us to relax and sleep comfortably. The bed sleeps 2 and there’s an air mattress for the third person. The cabin itself is nice, and the view is beautiful too. “My 84 year old father and I had a delightful stay in this beautifully modern and extremely clean apartment. Great proximity to other family staying in Somesville, at Mt Desert Campground - and in Manset. The ride into Bar Harbor etc is not far at all. Kira was so accomodating but at the same time respected our privacy. The grounds are gorgeous and the approach to the house is wonderfully 'Maine'.Definitely looking to rebook for next year! ”
