“The owner, Nancy, was beyond superb! She knows everyone and is able to help secure whatever a guest may need - including having a rental car dropped off from the airport at 8 am and knowing the right person with a boat for us to hire for a snorkeling excursion (thanks Steven! He pulled his boat right up to steps on her island). She ensures her guests can easily enter/exit the property via the causeway with no car blocking the pinch point. Such a nice nice woman with the perfect rental apartment!……

“There were many things that we loved about this property & the apartment. The owners & their manager, Lott, are very communicative, generous & responsive. Our flight home was delayed & we were offered a free night if we needed somewhere to stay. Amazing! Lott came & fixed the WIFI when it stopped working one day. We loved the deck that looked out onto the water. We had our coffees on the deck in the morning & our cocktails at night until the mosquitoes came out. We went kayaking to the nearby……

“House was spotless! Very pleased with all necessities for our week stay. Khalista was warm, friendly, and informative making our stay easier to get around. House is close to airport, approximately 5 minute drive. It is centrally located, in Moss Town making it easy to go in any direction for exploration. Price was reasonable for all the amenities.”

“Overall the place was fine. Everything worked as it should. We normally stay waterfront but opted for a small kitchen area and ended up here. It is on the opposite side of the road from the water. Exuma is beautiful but if you’re looking for a lot of activities, this is not the place. If your looking for beautiful beaches and white sand, this is the place to come.”

“The property is pristine. Tericeta and Phil are excellent hosts who are very attentive to their guests. We loved the beautiful house inside, and the outside landscaping was lush.The internet access was spectacular. It was the best I have had in 35 years of coming to Exuma.The beach was a 2-minute walk out the back door, providing great walks and dives into the sea.We enjoyed the nearby Blue Conch Restaurant several times during our stay.We highly recommend Chateau Ethalee and look forward to……

“The property is well maintain, clean and well kept. The owners response in a timely manner. I think the front room where the bed is located could be turned into a bedroom to have more privacy and the windows needs blinds because you can see straight inside. But overall, i recommend the apartment to families and friends and I woul stay there again. Love the apartment.”
