“We had an amazing time staying at the Osprey! It was a 30-second walk to the gorgeous Tropic of Cancer beach! The property was perfect for a family of 4 like us and had beach towels/chairs, dishes, and ice in the freezer for us! It was right next to what became our favorite eating/drinking spot on the beach - Brea’s place. Richard and Shauna were super responsive and quickly answered any questions about the property and the island. 10/10 experience! Would definitely stay here again when we’re……

The house has drinking water which was a massive bonus and a beautiful heated pool . The beach and lazy river were just spectacular. I cannot recommend this house enough . “When we walked through the door for the first time it literally took our breath away. We have been coming to Exuma for 12 years and thought we had seen it all. This is by far nicer then anything we have ever seen. The sand bar is a screensaver and the beauty of this property and home is stunning. If you want to get away and enjoy paradise this is heaven. It is beyond words. Staff were amazing, there whenever we needed anything but total privacy the rest of the time. Judy was amazing,……
