“The property is really good. Very close to the ocean (much closer than so many other HH condos). It was spacious and had everything we needed. That being said, units are somewhat dated. Appliances and furniture are newer, but units (at least ours) could stand to have a mild facelift (new trim, new interior doors, new base). These minor and inexpensive upgrades would vastly improve the appeal. Unit was clean with a couple exceptions. (The cleaning crew missed a couple spots on the bathroom……

“My best friend and I spent a few days on Hilton Head to celebrate my birthday. The condo was easy to access and had adequate parking. The condo was very comfortable for our short stay. Always appreciate Smart TVs so we can watch our own apps in the evening. ”

“We enjoyed our stay at Royal Dunes. The condo was very spacious and bright. We had plenty of room for a family of six. We appreciated the three large bathrooms with accessibility features. The kitchen was a nice size and adequately stocked. Though could have used a bit more silverware. We enjoyed the pool and the easy walk to the beach!! Thank you for a wonderful stay! ”

“Positive Start: Stellar location in central location in Savannah. Equi-distant to waterfront and interior parks. The photos of the apt are totally misleading though. It’s like a hostel in a railroad apartment. No windows in bedrooms and whole apartment smelled of mildew. The roof deck is not connected to apartment and was filthy. I would. It recommend cooking food on those grills. Disgusting and falling apart furniture. Finally the management company never sent us access codes for check-in……

“As others have mentioned, this place could use updates. We enjoyed the surroundings and proximity to the beach, so that did not bother us much. This is a 2-story condo, the upstairs has the bedrooms. The upstairs bathroom is shared between the two bedrooms with an entry door from each bedroom. ”

“the property itself was very adequate. nicely decorated, did have some issues, lightbulbs out,mold in the bathroom.no way to make accomadations for visitors, maintenance never came to fix these issues. staff in the office never answered phone calls and when we went to the office all they did was make excuses.when I made the reservation I was expecting a view of the ocean but it was only a side view. overall a disapointing stay.”

“This was our second time staying at this resort but first time at this property. We needed a quick getaway for just the two of us and this property was just perfect. The mattress was super comfortable and we had everything we needed. Only suggestion would be to somehow cover up the long window by the door. ”

“Spacious and love the 3 balconies.If you are able to walk about 3/4 of a mile, you can walk to many different things.Restaurants, beach etc!”

“Condo/villa was very clean and well kept. Pool area was nice. There was no outdoor sitting area or any view with the condo. It is located near the beach and the Coligny shopping area.”
