“Lovely property”

“Great stay. The only down side is the noise of the AC units on the roof when you are in the bedroom.”

“Positive Start: Stellar location in central location in Savannah. Equi-distant to waterfront and interior parks. The photos of the apt are totally misleading though. It’s like a hostel in a railroad apartment. No windows in bedrooms and whole apartment smelled of mildew. The roof deck is not connected to apartment and was filthy. I would. It recommend cooking food on those grills. Disgusting and falling apart furniture. Finally the management company never sent us access codes for check-in……

“As others have mentioned, this place could use updates. We enjoyed the surroundings and proximity to the beach, so that did not bother us much. This is a 2-story condo, the upstairs has the bedrooms. The upstairs bathroom is shared between the two bedrooms with an entry door from each bedroom. ”

“We had a great stay at this property. The condo was very clean and property is located right on the beach, although not on the main beach. But nice because it was more quiet and less crowds. Would stay again!”

“We had a great time site seeing, shopping and walking the beach. I really liked sitting on the balcony and seeing the ships come through. There was no eating utensils that we could find, so yake your own. The bed needs to be fixed or replaced due to being so noisy from squeaking almost every time you move. The balcony door needs attention...its hard to open and close. Elevator inspection expired last year.”

“The home was beautiful three spacious bedrooms, three en suite bathrooms. There were six of us and we had the best time ever. The house was clean and very comfortable. Kristin was very easy to get hold of for just a couple questions that we had. It’s on the top floor of the condos and it’s on the perfect side of the island. Lots of beach to walk on or sit on and we rented golf carts and covered the whole island from one side to the other and back again. see the whole island. We had a great time……

“Good location. Beautiful beach nearby. Walls and ceilings dusty and had cobwebs. Linens smelled of mildew in places. Right size. Good price. Our door code deactivated midway through our stay.stay.stay. Not wheelchair or walker accessible. handicapped acvessible”

“My grandchildren were supposed to join me but I ended up staying by myself. I loved it! The condo was immaculate and the views were beautiful. The closeness of the beach and pools was also nice and convenient. I want to try and reserve again later this summer or in the fall.”

“We stayed at this property before and loved it so much we booked again. Plenty of room pricing is great and so close to the beach. Owner is great and habdled any queatuons. We will be staying again. ”

“The property was correctly described. The location was excellent! It might be worth it to suggest to guests who are on the second floor to be mindful of tenants on the first floor regarding heavy walking. It's an old historic home and sound travels. It's a great choice ”
