“WELCOMING - host and property alike!Captain’s Cottage felt like being immersed in ‘Old Savannah’ with hospitality as warm as the August weather. Charles even provided a much appreciated parking tutorial.The Cottage is perfectly clean and well equipped - both kitchen and baths. Nothing was overlooked. Lots of beach towels and chairs to use, as well as beach cruisers. Owners were extremely responsive and kind. We'll be back for sure.”

“Everything about this place is wonderful. Anything you need is in the cottage. We cooked many meals here. Used the grill as well. Cant say enough about the pool and the lake. The owners continually made sure we had anything we needed. Shelter by the pool and on the dock, extra bait for fishing. The location was a lucky choice. It is hot in july but a constant breeze on this island makes it 10 degrees cooler than in town. We cannot wait to get back.”
