“We have been traveling for 3 months and this is by far the cleanest place we stayed at and the location within Savannah was exactly what we wanted. The pictures are accurate, very comfortable to stay. It is right next to Forsyth park and easy walking to anything you would want to see, even the river front is about 15 minutes. Felt very safe and we found free parking on Hutchingdon, two streets away a 5 minute walk. Make sure to pay attention to signs and when they sweep the street you may……

“We stayed here for a week and it was absolutely perfect. The cottage was clean, comfortable, and really well-appointed — exactly what you want when you’re looking to relax without any hassle. The kitchen had everything we needed and more, and the outdoor gas grill worked great.The location couldn’t have been better — peaceful and tucked away, but still a quick and easy drive to both Tybee Island and Savannah. You really get the best of both worlds: beach days, city exploring, and quiet evenings……

“Property location (close to Forsyth) was ideal for us. Outside patio with fountain provided a quiet place just to be. Apartment, itself, was comfortable, and provided for all our needs. The only negative was upon arrival the apt. was not yet cleaned. Apparently there was a miscommunication between cleaning personnel and manager. HOWEVER, and most importantly, the situation was handled quickly, and compensation was given for the inconvenience of waiting for it to be cleaned. I would recommend……

“First off the beds are phenomenal! We loved the back area including the dipping pool. Landscapers/pool cleaners came each day to ensure area was tidy and pool was cleaned of leaves etc. We also enjoyed the washer and dryer in unit. Parking was plenty but we had to move our car each night for street sweeps. The owner was very responsive and area was safe. (About 2 blocks the area is a little sketchy.) Overall, it was walkable to most destinations in the historic district.(about a mile or so) ”

Located in a very walkable neighborhood, it is easy to fit in like a local. I know because I am from Savannah. I look forward to returning to the Rose Cottage. ”
