“Everything was just as advertised. Property was located right on the Sante Fe River a very, very short canoe paddle to the Ichetucknee River.If you haven't been the the Ichetucknee River is a must. There was plenty of room for sleeping and the kitchen was well equipped. The backyard was large and fenced for our doodle. It was very easy to find even arriving after dark. “Getting into the house was seamless. The house was clean. A pack n play was available for my 1 year old. The beds were comfortable. I only wished there was a grill in the backyard. Otherwise the house was perfect for our little family of 5 (kids 6, 4 and 1)We lost power and contacted the owner and he called the power company and helped make sure it was resolved quickly. Very nice guy. We loved our 4 night stay. Orherwaie ”

“We were in Live Oak for the Florida Freewheelers 6 day bike ride. The house is located a little more than a mile from the fairgrounds, making the commute easy. Neighborhood is very quiet and nice. The house was perfect for our needs, it just needs a little TLC.”

The directions/instructions were spot on. The hosts were responsive and informative. It's a great location for what we wanted to do - kayaking and relaxing. The only thing we needed to supply was the groceries and the adventure. It was a 10 out of 10 mini vacay!”
