“We really liked the location of this property. It was a 7 minute walk to the San Jose McEnery Convention Center. There were plenty of seating areas and the decore was fun and inviting. We loved the large couch in the living room and we loved the large countertop in the kitchen. The shower in the master bathroom was touchy and I ended up taking a cold shower, however, my friends took a shower in the other bathroom and had plenty of hot water. One night we heard voices coming through the heating……

“Karen and family were tremendously helpful and were always so quick to help us with any questions that we had. They went over and beyond with all the help that they provided us when we asked their home is beautiful and was a perfect place for our family to be and would be great for anyone.!”

“The accommodations were nice. Close location to Levi stadium and being in midtown, stores and restaurants were close by. Only critique would be the place could use some new pots and pans for cooking and a new shower head for main bathroom. Somewhat unfortunate that the property next door was doing home improvements and started cutting concrete right outside the window at 7:30 am each morning. My truck was covered in concrete dust, but this was no fault of the place I rented, just my usual luck. ”

“Very comfortable 3 night stay. Great location! Did some fishing off the boat dock. Has everything you need. Stairs were a little difficult & steep (and you are forewarned), but once you get everything upstairs, it was very pleasant. Neighbors are very close by, but that is Delta living. Highly recommend. Will stay there again!”

“Host double booked on VRBO and other major house sharing platform. I had booked 2 months in advance (and paid) but got notice 3 hours before checking in ( was in a plane heading there) that “sorry” but could not take me that they would honor a cancellation like they were doing me a favor. They basically told me I could not stay and it was their fault it was double booked. I had to rebook at a hotel at double price because it was a busy weekend. VRBO sucked in helping. Beware.
