“The place was spacious enough for a family of 4. We felt safe at the complex . It was a nice and convenient area especially because we visited NASA and Kemah Boardwalk.”

“The apt its self was perfect for us. Wash is a tad small but got the job done. However, be sure you are careful where you park. Its hard to tell what are reserved spots and not as the paint is wearing off. Alsobif you have a low to the ground vehicle drive very slow as there are huge pot holes you almost cant miss to drive over. Overall the actual apt was very nice and the management helped with any questions I had. Not sure they can do much for the actual parking lot.”

“The place had an out in the boonies feel. The neighborhood was a little sketchy and had other people being loud outside our window when trying to sleep from other apartments. It is centrally located between Houston and Galveston if that’s your goal. Owner was responsive.”

“This property was absolutely perfect for our daughters graduation party! There were so many different things to do and space to spread out. The hosts were amazing and so helpful! I know my family will be back for future events!”
