“The property is currently in the middle of a complete overhaul, remodel, ownership change, as well as a brand change. Checkin was simple and quick. The design of the room was very modern and comfortable. Cold ac and hot shower. Comfortable bed too. Decent wifi. ”

“For the price Budgetel was great. There was one light bulb out and one plug didn't work. Caulking in the bathroom was a little sloppy and the duck tape on the floor between the carpet and tile instead of a proper metal strip was a little tacky. The fixtures in the bathroom were in need of replacing but still worked. I'm Overall I would stay there again and this was in fact the second time. ”

“Simple checkin”

“Super clean, room was well set up, beds were decent. I recall 4 minor negatives about the stay: 1) the window curtain was separated at the bottom therefore the AC unit blew it open. 2) the inside curtain was missing, you could clearly see into the room, I mitigated this with electrical tape. 3) there was nochain lock on the door. The brackets were there. But the chain had been ripped off. On top of that the deadbolt would not lock because it was offline camted about 2 mm and I did not have……

“Not the best location. I had someone stalk me... dont walk to gas station at night. Pretty comfortable inside room though. Long hairs in shower... other than that, good price. Just be aware of surroundings.”
