“Had a wonderful stay at this comfortable, clean 1 bedroom. Has an unobstructed view to the beach!”

“House was clean and well equiped. There is a lot of repair going on in the area from the hurricane, it rained a lot while we were there so we explored the area. Not too far from some fun things. Houston and Galveston Island. The house did have a smoker smell, To moat it probably wasnt that bad but we definitely noticed it. . All in all it was a nice trip. Wish the weather was better. 😞”

“The property has perfect access to the beach! We had a great visit for my son's 13th birthday celebration with his friends. They stayed in the bunkroom upstairs which was perfect! The grounds ("yard") were a bit rough, but hurricane Beryl had a lot to do with that I'm sure. We didn't use the yard and were there for the beach so it was fine. The house is well kept and clean, but the front door could use some work. The extra fridge is a bonus! The place was just what we needed!”

“Very inviting and clean. Downstairs needs work and trash can pick up. It was full and smelly when we arrived.”

“The house was absolutely beautiful and had everything we needed in the kitchen area. We booked the house for 5 days annd there were 5 guests and was only given 2 tiny bottles of shampoo and conditioner and one trash bag. So we had to go and buy shampoo, conditioner, laundry soap, trash bags and dishwasher detergent. Other then that our stay was amazing.”

“This beach house was wonderful. The views from the balconies were fantastic. Was perfect for cross-generation family members. Rooms and layout are very nice. Beach area was nice and clean and not very crowded even with being there the weekend after the 4th of July. Only heads up is there are a lot of stairs that can be tough on older adults. The walk to beach is not too bad but definitely can be grueling when loaded up with beach gear and the beach Boardwalk only has stairs at both ends and……

“Quiet, clean, well appointed 2br, 2bath. Cozy, comfortable, well designed. Great location, great communication, and ownership does the little touches that show they care and appreciate the customer! Good outdoor area, views of ocean, short walk to ocean, perfect! ”
