“We booked this room for 3 nights largely because of the washing machine - we’re on a European road trip and decided this would be a good time to refresh our wardrobe! However, there’s no drying rack or rail so you need to hang wet clothes to dry on the bathroom towel rail and on clothes hangers. There is no room service, or self/catering facilities (except a mini fridge), but there is a coffee and snack machine in the basement, and a great shopping arcade (‘ALEJA’) just 5 minutes walk away from……

“We returned to the hotel late at night and there was no parking slots for our car anymore. A staff member noticed our car’s entry to the parking lot, and offered us his parking space. We really appreciate this act of kindness. It also shows the security of this hotel is top-notch! Very good breakfast as well! The procedures for checking in and checking out are also efficient! Would highly recommend to anyone staying in Ljubljana :) ”
