“Stayed in the Hall itself with a Mountain View room with a super comfy four poster bed. Great quiet location and lovely accommodation. Polite welcoming staff served us throughout our stay and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel. ”

“We arrived at 3pm on a Sunday afternoon, the team were busy and to be expected. We were then attended to within a few minutes. Polite and friendly and shown to our room. It was a building near the pub. Parking was free and able to park outside the pub. Its all situated in a square,like a market square surrounded by big granite hills. We were shown to our room, was given a birthday card from the hotel chap which was a nice touch. The room was surfice and had ensuite. Outside window had all……

“What an elegant, well presented and comfortable house in which to stay! Everything was provided, from ecofriendly shampoo and bodywash to pristine robes and towels, a lovely coffee machine, fresh mik with the tea facilities and an excellent guide to the house, its facilities and local walks. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay”

“Room especially the toilet was huge and comfortable. They also gave very large towels which was great. Only gitch as the housekeepinb fell short on the last day - the bins werent emptied and the floor towel was not replaced.”

“The room is clean and comfortable, but the WiFi signal is very weak, and usually disconnected... The hotel is very near to Harlech Castle, just 3 minute walking distance, but it also means that the hotel situates on the hill as well... So it is better call hotel come to rail station to pick you up.... Dinner and breakfast are delicious~~ ”

“The hosts were anonymous and the tv unusable. The booklet re tv was totally incomprehensible. Clear instructions on how to use the two controllers and tune the tv would have been helpful. The room was fine and the help yourself breakfast exceeded my expectations. ”

“Having a specific room requirement the hotel give me options and went out of their way to ensure I was comfortable. With the Hotel room only refurbished in October 24, they were well finished and furnished. “Great stay! Could t fault the accommodation at all! 5 min drive from zip world, host left some extras for us, tea coffee sugar milk bottle of bubbly and some chocolates and shortbread! Excellent touch! Some nice walks nearby weather your a novice or a professional hiker something for everyone! Will definitely stay again! I’d recommend bringing some shopping with you, as the nearest shop is around a 30 minute walk away, however if you don’t mind driving it’s only 5/10 mins down the road to the……

“The hotel was lovely; the rooms were very well appointed and comfortable. It was very quiet and relaxing. The common rooms were very nice and welcoming. The staff was professional, gracious and friendly. We spent a lovely cocktail hour in the lounge and enjoyed delicious custom cocktails. Dinner and breakfast were first rate! Local foods, creatively prepared. We went for an afternoon hike along the canal, which was easy to access from the property. Highly recommend this property.”
