“Great property, was hesitant in booking this place due to it being a bar and potentially noisy. It was so so quiet (we stayed on second floor) Room had everything we needed. All staff were great. If I was to return to Barmouth, I’d definitely book here. ”

“We had a nice stay at this hotel; friendly staff, nice food, good sized bedroom and lovely views. We had a standard turret bedroom and whilst it was spacious, the en suite was really small and felt like a shower had been squeezed into a room that used to be a toilet room. There was no space to swing an earwig let alone a cat! The toilet had a cigarette burn on it and the lid on the plastic cistern didn’t fit on the tank. “Great stay , arrived wet through on dirt bikes , couldn’t have wished for a warmer welcome, kit was dryer off and left in the utility room and a welcome cup of tea and coffee was provided, Lovely hosts , clean room and cracking breakfast , just what was needed in the typical wet wales weather Would love to come back one day with my family, ”

“Lovely place to stay staff friendly clean beds comfortable .stairs very steep need to take your time with them people with poor mobility would find them hard to cope .there is room for 2 cars to park opposite hotel or need to park in carpark a 2-5 minute walk away .you can purchase a parking pass for £5 per day to stay there and it also cover other cars named on list in different car parks food served is very good in the restaurant not too pricey .”

“Having a specific room requirement the hotel give me options and went out of their way to ensure I was comfortable. With the Hotel room only refurbished in October 24, they were well finished and furnished. We ate in the restaurant with the menu offering a good variety of food and we we very happy with the quality of the food. Finally a big thank you to Dela who was a supMagerb host. ”

“Warm, friendly welcome by the owner. As it turned out, we were the only visitors staying in the hotel, so had a nice opportunity for a chat over a beer - well stocked with what appeared to be the full range of bottled beers from Purple Moose Brewery of Porthmadog. “Had a lovely 1 night stay at this hotel with my daughter when visiting friends. Hotel was very clean, perfectly situated for exploring the area, staff were so welcoming and friendly (we especially loved Ruby the dog at breakfast) We would like to return in summer for a longer stay.”

“It’s a nice place for a pit stop. Only one brew permitted with your breakfast, even though it arrives 20 mins before your breakfast arrives. The EV charger is temperamental, make sure the staff have activated it after you have plugged in and paid. Other than that, all good.”
