“Cam was amazing and made me feel very welcome. The room is for 1 or a couple and had everything you need. The is no restaurant but the Nags head was a 5 min walk away. Breakfast was very relaxing and delicious. Bow the new poodle was adorable and very entertaining. ”

“The hotel did everything to cater for outdoor eating and drinking to indoor restaurant with comfy seating to relax in. Rooms came equipped with everything you may need and were spotless. All staff were friendly and went out of their way to cater to my celiac food requirement. Nothing was too much trouble. Ideally located in beautiful surroundings with easy access to routes taking you to Snowdon Railway location and other tourist attractions. We will definitely be returning but for a longer……

“I stayed here for 2 nights . The room was small but well equipped and very clean with an excellent supply of shampoo, conditioner,body lotion etc. Tea and coffee making facilities were good and plentiful . Quiet location although on main road..The only improvement could have been if breakfast had been available. ”

“Having a specific room requirement the hotel give me options and went out of their way to ensure I was comfortable. With the Hotel room only refurbished in October 24, they were well finished and furnished. “We arrived at 3pm on a Sunday afternoon, the team were busy and to be expected. We were then attended to within a few minutes. Polite and friendly and shown to our room. It was a building near the pub. Parking was free and able to park outside the pub. Its all situated in a square,like a market square surrounded by big granite hills. We were shown to our room, was given a birthday card from the hotel chap which was a nice touch. The room was surfice and had ensuite. Outside window had all……

“The room is clean and comfortable, but the WiFi signal is very weak, and usually disconnected... The hotel is very near to Harlech Castle, just 3 minute walking distance, but it also means that the hotel situates on the hill as well... So it is better call hotel come to rail station to pick you up.... Dinner and breakfast are delicious~~ ”
