“This hotel was so helpful, my daughter and her friend (both18yrs) arrived in Lloret at 11pm at night to find their hotel was all locked up for the night and had no where to stay. I phoned the alexis (from the uk) and the receptionist was extremely helpful and told me to tell my daughter to come to the hotel and wait in the reception and for me to book online and she would sort the rest out from her side which was such a relief as I felt helpless so far away . I paid £37 for 1 night for the 2……
