“We booked 2 rooms, mine was fine and as described but my colleage was given 2 single beds rather than a king. He also had issues with his TV with hardly any channels working, my TV was better but there were hardly any English language channels available. The breakfast was expensive and sub-standard for the price. The staff were great.”

“1. I put "Do not disturb" when I go out the next morning, that means I don't want any clean up services. However, the room was clean up when I back at night. Luckily I did put all personal belongings in luggage and locked it. "Do not disturb" = No need Clean Up, correct??”

“This is the third of the chain's hotels in Berlin that I stayed in. Like the other two which are near Alexanderplatz) - it features great value for money. It is somewhat hip, basic, no-frills accommodation, and I often need no more certainly for a business trip. Nice simple breakfast on the 10th Floor that at night turns into a bustling huge bar + lounge + terrace. I did not see any staff except at the front desk and they were nice and accommodating the two times I needed something I highly……
