“Easy entry system. Well cared for property and modern with pleasant entrance and stairway to room. Room was large and modern with well maintained furnishings. Bathroom was obviously new with a shower over bath and plenty of hot water, although our preference would be a walk in shower. We thought that the mattresses were a little on the hard side for us though with heavy duvets more suited to colder weather. We were lucky to have warm weather and the room was very warm. “This stay was an emergency booking due to the disaster that was the eight acres hotel in Elgin which is a dump.
The wonderful folk of The Millhouse not only found us a room but bent over backwards to help us. Special mention to the wonderful Janette who was wonderful.
Ask for room 2 as it has a great double jacuzzi!”
“The location was just where we wanted to be. You could walk to restaurants and down to the River Dee. Spent two great nights in the town of Aberlour.”
“The room had a great view of the golf course and beach. The hotel was quiet and easy to get in and out. We lucked out with street parking but if busier that could be tricky. We didnt have any issues with the hotel or room. Staff were helpful. ”
