“Wow we walked into this condo and we were pleasantly surprised! It was so clean and huge! Let’s be honest, sometimes it can be pretty difficult to fully enjoy yourself with 3 small kids (under 1,2,&7). However, staying in this condo helped a lot with enjoyment! I was also surprised that they had a pack n play there waiting for us; next time I won’t pack my own! The designated parking was also a plus because depending on the day the parking can get full. The condo is in walking distance to a lot……

“Excellent stay in San Simeon. The condo is right on the water. You can hear the waves crashing at night. The place was very clean and plenty of room for 3 adults. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. The only complaints we have is having to use a key and a front door that auto locks and not having a code to unlock the door. We locked ourselves out one time. Also we arrived at night and trying to figure out how to get through the doors/garage to the actual unit was confusing. And……

“The property manager was very helpful. Communicated well from beginning to end. The rental property was fantastic. Fully stocked kitchen. Just bring your own food!! Views are incredible. Lots of wildlife.. sea lions, seals, and sea otters. Lots of birds too!! Couldn’t ask for a better location. Decorating is beachy. Just too many great things to say about this property. We will be back!!!”
