“Hugo’s location is superb, walkable in Old San Juan anywhere. Communication with property manager/owner was very prompt. Easy self check-in/out. My only complaint is that there were sands/something on the bed and towels when we arrived, which later found out to be likely from the ceiling. Hugo staff came in to change the sheets and replaced towels as requested very promptly. I was very pleased with this stay and would highly recommend Hugo and would definitely return. Bonus, paid parking……

“Nice stay and amenities. Location was great too. Two concerns: air conditioning in the living room didn’t cool well and the air conditioning in the master bedroom was really noisy as if it were about to go out. Kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans and appliances (big and small). Showers were spacious (water was lukewarm) Beds were on slacks so be cautious when sitting on the bed. They were comfortable. Tv had multiple channels and apps. Grateful that the access to the upper rooms……

“They reach out to you several times to make sure everything is OK even when they could not reach me they make sure every way possible for me to get the messages . Clean place cozy. My only recommendation would be for a more convenient gate to open as you enter..
