“Big things: - THIS IS NOT A TWO BATH HOUSE. There is one full bathroom and a powder room. The listing is wrong, there is no second shower and we would never have booked for our party of 6 knowing this, so now you know too. - The cleaning standards are subpar, DO NOT STAY WITH YOUNG CHILDREN. “The apartment looked exactly like the pictures and was very well kept. Everything was clean and functional and we didn’t have any issues. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe and also has a target nearby for quick grocery trips. Connectivity wise, there’s a busy stop within walking distance but no train stations.The host was also very responsive and helpful. We didn’t have any trouble checking in or checking out.Overall a great experience and comfortable stay.”

“This was one of our favorite places we have ever stayed! It was clean, decorated beautifully, had comfortable beds, a refrigerator with an ice maker and filtered water, washer and dryer that worked great, a cool backyard with hammocks, and even little things like coffee creamer, toothpaste, and mouthwash in case you forgot yours. We stayed in three different rental places on our trip and this was by far our favorite! What a beautiful home! ”

“It's hard get all this for this price. It's not that quiet like other reviews said unless you get up early in the morning. Heating works perfect, it is a bit warmer on the top floor and cooler in the kitchen but nothing to worry about. Parking on the front, walking distance to the grocery stores. 5 stars from me and will come back again.”

“Great little place. I enjoyed being able to cook but you gotta bring your own spices and olive oil if you are a serious cook as only salt and pepper are available. Great privacy. The highway is quite noisy so hanging outside is not really pleasant ”

“This was a wonderful base for the days I spent exploring Chicago. The apartment is clean and comfy and it is located right on the 'L' Brown line in a charming and vibrant neighborhood. I could zip to anywhere in the city I wanted on the L and felt very relaxed coming "home" each night.”

“It was nice apartment. Entry directions were clear and easy to follow. It would help to say that the outside address is above the doir and not complete and the inside apartment number is above the door, not on the door and it sticks a bit. I appreciated facial tissues being provided.”

“Great for a quick trip to Chicago. Walkable to lakefront beach, restaurants, grocery stores, coffee chops. Less than a block to the train for downtown Chicago. Beautiful apartment, very spacious. Kitchen has everything you need to cook meals, make coffee, etc. Relaxing atmosphere, charming neighborhood. ”
