“The hotel and room were clean and taken care of. Overall good experience. The only issue was the side door by the room was hard to enter. A lot of times people had to let us in. ”

“This is a nice quiet hotel with great staff. Everyone was friendly and attentive. Breakfast was included and great options. The only issue I had was the actual floor on the third floor. In the room and in the hall, was really bad. It was concerning how hilly the floor is. I would stay here every trip to Houston except for the floor.”

“Staff was AWESOME...Hotel was priced EXCELLENT....only issue is the A/C (which worked great) but was very noisy with the return air handler next to the bed....that is the only thing that would keep me from booking in the future...just too noisy.”

“I absolutely loved everything about this property EXCEPT...they didn't have microwaves in the room. Very inconvenient especially if you don't feel like getting dressed to leave your room.”

“I liked that the property was close to places for shopping and restaurants were near by. I also loved that the area is quiet. Although I was visiting for the 4th of July like many others, those who came to the lake for the festivities and fireworks didn’t seem to be a huge issue. The crowd was not out of control. It is a family friendly environment. Therefore, I felt same at all times. I also loved that there is an H‑E‑B and Whole Foods close by as well. ”

“The Staff was very helpful and acomodating. The room was up to their usual standards which made my stay exceptional. It's always nice to have a mini kitchen for in room meals. When I travel for races I like to have a full size refrigerator to use complete with freezer.”
