“The location was great and the cabin was perfect! If you're looking for a log cabin in the quiet woods on the river, this is it. It was spacious and comfortable and impressively clean! The cabin had everything we needed, too. The shower water pressure was great. The only negative of our trip was the insane brood of mosquitos! But there's nothing that the host can do about that and it's to be expected given the woods and water. We went to Meijer and got yard spray and sprayed it all around and it……

“This is our second year at Loon Rising. Everything was great yet again! We had some unforseen family complications that impacted our trip, and Robert was so very understanding and worked with us on some last minute trip changes. I can't thank you enough! The only thing I have to suggest, add some new markers, we used pen to update the vacation wall!! Hopefully we will be back again some day! ”

“Quiet location, easy access to lots of Michigan outdoor activities. Wide open space with lots of beds (7-8 beds total, but limited privacy). We were primarily just looking for a place to sleep and it fit the bill perfectly. Billiards table to enjoy. Lots of seating and lots of space if you had a larger group. Plenty of towels in the bathroom. Easy to tidy up since it's all linoleum flooring.”
