“We had a great 6 weeks at Captain’s Quarters. There were a few hiccups that were dealt with quickly the first week. Home was stocked and perfectly laid out for the fam. 2 suggestions for even more comfort….1-larger and more comfortable sectional sofa as the one there is a bit worn out and extremely uncomfortable with the low back and too small that only fits 3/4 people. & 2-add a pool chiller for the summer heat bc the size of the pool makes it heat up fast in 95 degree weather. It was great……

“The property is in a wonderful location - an older neighborhood with five great restaurants within blocks. It is one block from the bay and about five short blocks to a beautiful gulf beach. The house is cute with two bedrooms. The apartment over the garage has one bedroom, a well-furnished living room, a nice screened-in porch and outside deck. Other reviews have mentioned a mildew smell when entering the apartment. That’s accurate, but those who stayed there said they didn’t smell it at all……

“We were at The Tree House for the month of April. Everyone loved the house and location…..the porch with a view overlooking Sarasota Bay, all beds were super comfy, lots of space for a family of six, kitchen was well stocked, close to an amazing beach, wonderful neighborhood for walking. Our host was super nice!”
