“We had a wonderful time! The duplex was clean, well-furnished, and cozy. Plenty of room. All the comforts of home! Close to parks, downtown sites & restaurants, and I-5 for seeing more of Washington. We were there during an unexpected heat advisory, so the extra fans were great! Great place to stay while spending time with kids and grandkids!!”

It was quiet, had great natural light and everything you need to stay in Tacoma. It’s also close to everything which is very handy. Lucy was easy to contact and a pleasure to work with. “We booked here for a stay in Tacoma innorder to be close to friends and Gig Harbor. We were blown away by the community spaces upon entry as there is a kitchen and wonderdul searing area on the ground floor. Also the room we stayed in was cozy and comfortable. The best vibe was meeting other travelers grabbing coffee in the kitchen or even doing laundry before we left was fun! We were able to drive into many hotspots of Tacoma in less than 3 minutes and near freeways to go anywhere we wanted. We……

The cozy boat house had everything we needed to enjoy a taste of living right on the water and close enough to town to enjoy all Gig Harbor and greater SeaTac area has to offer.We stayed for 5 nights arriving on the 4th of July and enjoyed viewing fireworks in the distance from our private deck and soaking in the beautiful summer weather.The kitchenette is nicely appointed and we enjoyed making breakfast and a couple of dinners/grilling.
