“職員都很積極協助客人，酒店近博覽中心和展覽中心，但隔音和房間角落清潔有待改善，禁煙層有時候也不煙味”

“My room is stinky and noisy. There is a machine turning on all day. Food smell all around my room. Disastrous. Using the brand Sheraton doesnt mean quality. The restaurant does not have much food available. Have 4 bottles of black pepper but no salt. Black pepper only 10% filled. It is very impolite to ask us to pay at the start of the main course and I had to turn down. This was annoying and I expect better for a 5* hotel. Terrible experience. Staff training is needed.”

“This hotel is huge but too remote from any sightseeing spots. The nearest subway station is 15-20 minutes walk. If you just want to relax and stay at the hotel all the time, it would be nice. There are a gym and a good sized swimming pool with no charge for guests. Room is spacious and comfortable, with a balcony overlooking the lake. Staff are friendly and helpful but only communicate in Chinese. There is no restaurant nearby. ”

“We had an exceptional stay at this accommodation. The room was very spacious and comfortable, and it was spotlessly clean. A special call out for the friendly cleaning lady who did a great job and left us plenty of water :-) Everything was very new. Location was perfect for our trip to be near the Expo Centre. There is a metro line just outside the hotel”
