“James and Jae are great people! Amazing view of Lake Ann! Clean, everything we needed! Peaceful, quiet, while sitting on the dock watching birds and fish jump! Hiking trails that were close by are great! It’s nice to unplug from the day to day and get some R&R! Wish we could have stayed longer! ”

“Lovely outdoor space with grill, swings, decking. Cozy inside with three really big fluffy beds you might have to climb up into if you're short. The big bedroom is decorated with bluebird theme and is so pretty. Mattress I was on was on the soft side. Kitchen is compact but has everything including laundry and starter supplies. Walkway is tricky if you have any mobility limitations”

“Came to Bentonville to the truck off the bottle and see if we wanted each other there. Rented this beautiful property which put me right back of the tunnel trail system. Perfect place to check out the trails. beds were amazing, some sort of memory foam. I would thoroughly recommend this place to come and check out Bella Vista and ride the trails.”

“We stayed here during or semi-annual mountain biking trip to NW Arkansas. Place was VERY nice and it fit our groups needs nicely with a large number of beds and bathrooms. Beautiful location and lots of space. Highly recommend it. ”

“Quiet neighborhood. We liked the fenced in back yard for the dogs. Short ride to get to the Back 40, Blowing Springs and the Greenway. King bed mattress is very comfortable. ”

“This place was perfect for our friend group to get away but still have a nice home to hang out. The dock is a great way to bring the morning in. So many things to mention that are a plus at this property. Owner/property manager is super responsive and was extremely helpful on two separate things I inquired about. Thanks for allowing us to use the property for a guys weekend!”
