“Exactly as listed. You get the bottom half of the house and for 8 people it was great. Very clean and they just got new carpet so we absolutely respected their wishes on us not wearing shoes in the house. We were within walking distance of general store, expressos, and our personal beach/dock. My whole family loves the water and we all had a blast for our 3 night stay.”

“This house was perfect for our group of 8 adults. The property was very clean and was well stocked with things like kleenex, plenty of paper towels, more than enough towels, etc. The property manager was very responsive and quick to answer questions. The house across the street had deer that visited every morning so that was fun to watch. The location of the home was within 20 minutes of everywhere we needed to go and the neighborhood was very quiet. Definitely recommend this property!”

“We had a wonderful stay at the tiny house on the Little Spokane River. The setting was peaceful and relaxing, a perfect retreat. Rick was very helpful upon check-in, taking the time to show us how everything in the home worked and sharing great information about the area. My only regret is not having more time to simply enjoy the tranquility of the house and its beautiful surroundings. I would definitely recommend this spot and look forward to coming back.”
