“We drove from California/Santa Barbara. Rented this on a whim. When we got there, we found it to be Super cute. We rented the black-and-white room. There were other rooms rented, but they had their own private bathrooms. I didn’t realize we weren’t gonna have our own when I rented it. But we didn’t see anybody else on the floor where we were so we didn’t have to share bathrooms with anybody. But we did meet a lady downstairs the next morning who told us about the river. We took our coffee and……

“Lots of room for the eight of us. Teens and adults enjoyed the ping pong, foosball, and darts. The kitchen was well stocked. Fun to take the trails along the river. Rose garden was beautiful. Only one tv and it’s small. We wanted to use our fire stick to watch the college World Series and that was challenging. Overall a great rental. We plan to try to book it again next year.”

“We had an absolutely fantastic experience staying at this VRBO. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described (if not better!). Every detail was thoughtfully considered—from the well-stocked kitchen to the comfortable beds and cozy linens.The location was perfect for our needs: peaceful and quiet, yet close enough to everything we wanted to do (appx 10 mins to the university).
