“I enjoyed staying. It was for a family emergency so it was a last-minute booking. I could hear the person upstairs walking around, but it was not excessive at all. The bed was comfy. The couch in the living room could’ve been a little more comfy, but it worked for what I needed during my visit. I would definitely book it again. It was quaint and simple, but worked exactly for what I needed.The only thing I would change I didn’t get my checkout email until I already left so there were some things……

“Cozy duplex in wonderful location in Springfield. Quiet area and near downtown. Outdoor furniture and bbq would have been nice but we made do with a homemade meal in the kitchen for our group of 5. Would recommend for small groups”

“This is a wonderful home and our family certainly enjoyed our stay there. It is convenient to I-5 and getting around the Eugene area. If I had a comment not on the plus side it would be that while it certainly can sleep 10, there is only really 3 true bedrooms. There is a room/office with a door that has a fold out couch and a fold out in the living room. Also if you adverse to climbing stairs just to get in the front door, this place will give you a workout.”

“This property exceeded my family’s expectations ten fold. We traveled to Eugene for our spring break to spend time with our oldest daughter who attends U of O. This home is perfectly situated adjacent to the campus, making it possible for our daughter to walk over to visit us each evening for dinner. The home is beautiful, well updated, and felt perfect for our family of 3 (4 including our college student). I highly recommend this home for your stay in Eugene. We look forward to returning……
