“The penthouse apartment is a spacious place to center your adventures in and around Eugene. It’s a vintage building, but the unit has been recently flipped and has nice appointments, including the updated kitchen. The parking was initially hard to locate as the lot is accessed from an alleyway that’s a few buildings down from the address (perhaps some more details are needed on the checkin instructions). “First of all, the owner is super responsive and helpful. The unit itself is really cute and comfortable with thoughful updates like an extra high shower head for taller folk. The only thing I wished it had was a full length mirror somewhere. The location is easily walkable to campus, several great cafés, restaurants, and shops. I'm sure I'll visit again. ”
