“I debated leaving a review. The virtual property manager was responsive. But the room and common areas were dismal. Stained bedding, burned out overhead lighting, no reading lamp, stained carpet, dirty wall vent, broken window blinds, worn and mis-matched paint on walls, no temperature control and no WiFi, though those last two items were featured in the listing. Other than a great location, this place is icky and enormously overpriced.”

“My room did not reflect the picture...it was a king bed (which was fine) with a small side table, a big TV, bureau and desk. The bed stretched from wall to wall, which left very little space to get out of the bed as necessary. This room would be better suited to have a queen or double bed in it.”

“Its a boarding house, not a nice place to stay for a trip. The bathrooms were pretty gross. There were random people on the hallways for hours at a time. The tiny room had a non-functioning tv, stained sheets, and old ratty towels. I would never stay here again.”

“I was not able to open the door for 2 hours. Contacted and been told to wait for maintenance service that helped me to unlock the door. I been tired and emotionally down of this issue. When I open the door the trash can was full and smell from previous guests. I had never been provided parking pass; therefore, I had to find parking on the street. ”

“Great location. AC worked great. That's a big deal to me as I prefer it to be cold when I sleep. Easy check in and check out. Would definitely stay here again if the opportunity presents itself.”

“This unit is in a convenient location. There are plenty of things within walking distance, including a great coffee shop a couple of blocks away as well as a wine bar with food truck right next door! The unit is spacious for a studio and very cozy. ”
