This unit is approx. 750 sq.ft, with 10 ft. ceilings. Everything in this unit is BRAND NEW. It was built with an emphasis on quality and guest comfort in mind. In addition to insulation for energy efficiency, the interior walls of the building contain sound efficiency insulation as well as soundboard insulation. This is to ensure proper insulation and comfort for the guests.
