“What was unique about the property was that you could go to the other resorts that’s connected to hang out at the pool for more or less fun depending on your mood. Also the beach was literally right at the bottom of the resort. Dislikes were there wasn’t many seafood options and it was more catered towards pork products.”

I want to give a special thank you to Letícia, who speaks Portuguese and was truly amazing throughout our stay. She kindly arranged a beautiful surprise for my daughter Lívia, who was celebrating her 16th birthday – a gesture we’ll never forget! “Front desk not really professional. Charge me extra with some service. Really disappointed! ”

“The trip was pleasant. The staff was nice and the show was great. The hotel facilities are a bit old. The toilet made a scream every time it was flushed, and the conditioner could not be squeezed out. I went to the front desk and told them that the conditioner could not be used. They replied that they would solve it immediately, but it was not solved the next day. After we found the room cleaner, she replaced a new bottle of conditioner for me. Overall, the evaluation is satisfactory.”
