“Very friendly staffs with high efficiency. On the day we checked out, we stored our baggages in the morning. As we picked up in the afternoon, we realized our belonging may be left in the room. Though our uber had already arrived, staffs still found it shortly after that. Also, enough backup for several disposable items when calling for help. A close location to the airport. A nice and worthwhile place to stay again for the next chance visiting LA.”

“Daniel the guy at the front was very professional and accommodating. He also gave us a bottle of red wine on the house. We had a great stay. The only issue was that you can hear a lot of noise as people pass by in the hallway. The girl in the room next to us was really loud on her phone and could hear her whole conversation. I would rate the hotel a 4 star.”

“My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at this property! The room was clean, and we loved relaxing in the hot tub every night. The only downside was that our room faced the main road, making it extremely noisy, as the soundproofing wasn’t great. If we had a different room, this wouldn’t have been an issue. The WiFi was also quite slow, but since we didn’t come to LA to be on our phones, it wasn’t a big deal. Overall, we had a great time! I’d recommend The Kinney for its convenient……
